Creekside serves as the sponsor and development partner for Creekside Homes, a 45-unit, single-family affordable housing development (2004–present).

Creekside served as the sponsor for 25 single-family homes built by Habitat for Humanity Detroit (1998-2000).

City of Detroit Home Repair
Since 1999, the City of Detroit has allocated $430,000 for CDBG Minor Home
Repair assistance to community residents as result of Creekside's requests.
Creekside accepts grant applications from residents periodically, and works
with city staff to administer the program.

Historic Homes Sunday Stroll
Creekside members produced the Sunday Stroll, a guided tour through Jefferson-Chalmers homes that was part of the popular Detroit Historical Society home tour series (1994–1999).

Splash of Hope
