City of Detroit Home Repair
Since 1999, the City of Detroit has allocated $430,000 for CDBG Minor Home Repair assistance to community residents as result of Creekside's requests. Creekside accepts grant applications from residents periodically, and works with city staff to administer the program.

Historic Homes Sunday Stroll
Creekside members produced the Sunday Stroll, a guided tour through Jefferson-Chalmers homes that was part of the popular Detroit Historical Society home tour series (1994–1999).
