The Creekside Community Development Corporation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and strengthening one of Detroit’s great communities:
Jefferson-Chalmers.
Jefferson-Chalmers is in Southeast Detroit adjacent to Grosse Pointe Park and proudly features:
- A mix of new and historic housing
- Parks and canals on the Detroit River and Lake St. Clair
- Several quality schools, including the high-achieving Guyton Elementary School
